Our Mission

Uplifted Life Group provides one-on-one and group experiences that uplift lives through hearing the good news, binding up the brokenhearted, proclaiming freedom and release from darkness, so that people can pursue the good works that God created in advance for them, living out their calling with joy and praise.

Does the world really need another life coach? Apparently, yes.

Years ago, our founder Monica attended a retreat and had a life-changing experience. The pastor read from the New Testament where Jesus read the prophecy in Isaiah 61, and said He was there to fulfill it. In her mind, she heard God say “This is you too.”.

She lacked courage at first, and doubted the reality of the experience, wondering “What? How? Who am I to take on such a MASSIVE vision, God?” Eventually, she stopped questioning and obeyed instead, believing “You said it, so that is enough for me. Sorry, Lord. What now?”

Eventually, Uplifted Life Group was formed to fulfill what she heard that day….

Through Uplifted Life Group, Monica is living that calling. She acts as Life Coach, Speaker, Facilitator and Coordinator, bringing together other like-minded coaches to work with clients in all areas of life. (Check out our other coaches here.)

Uplifted Life Group Coaching Methodology

We explore your strengths, hopes, dreams, and desires, as well as what is blocking you, and prayerfully ask God what goal(s) you are being called to pursue.

With your vision firmly guiding you, we guide you in building a plan to close the gap between where and who you are today, and where and who you are called to be.

You choose the actions. You earn the results. We honor and celebrate your efforts and results, and God’s grace in providing for the journey.
