Monica helps people see themselves and their situations in a new way, so they are willing to do things differently, and get results they haven’t gotten before.
She achieves this by creating psychologically safe spaces in-person and online, where goals are set, barriers disclosed, information/processes/tools uncovered, new behaviors embraced, and successes celebrated.
Key experiences that have shaped her include graduate-level coursework in Human Resources Development (Master’s candidate, 2026), a decade of facilitating training and coaching with Dale Carnegie Training; another decade working with clinicians and patients dealing with respiratory diseases, cardiac conditions, depression & other mental illnesses, and rare immune issues; learning Somatic Experiencing for trauma healing, and seeking God through it all.
She also has degrees or certificates in life coaching, organizational development, adult learning, and chemistry/biology.
Her faith in the Bible and its revelation of God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit began in her teens, and is the lens through which she approaches all of life, including coaching.

Mynor helps families and individuals learn to control money without any of the typical guilt and shame one associates with financial coaching.
His passion lies in showing you how to regain control of your dollars, get them to ‘make baby dollars,’ and then grow into soldiers working with purpose and impact.
He has a special gifting for helping people live and spend on purpose, since he has seen first hand how life can be cut short. His desire is to prepare individuals and families, such that a unexpected life event can be faced without the added fear of financial burdens and complications.
Key expereinces that shaped Mynor’s skillset include 20 years working for large companies in finance, specializing in mortgage banking and insurance. During that time he earned his MBA. He also earned a certificate in life coaching.
Mynor and his wife of 33 years, reside in Eastern TN. They are parents of 4 children, 3 living, and 3 grandchildren. Faith in the Lord has been a pillar of their marriage and family, and has carried them through the loss of their 25 year old daughter in 2021.

Chris, helps individuals overcome life’s challenges and live the life God intended for them. He is a life coach with a pastor’s heart and a decade of pastoral experience.
As an Executive Pastor, Chris has led his home church staff and taught the Bible to many. His certification as an Advanced Christian Life Coach from the International Board of Christian Coaches has further equipped him to guide people through their struggles. He offers his services through collaborations with Uplifted Life Group, Share the Struggle, and his private practice.
Chris’s background as a Veteran has given him a firsthand understanding of life’s trials. His experiences have instilled in him resilience, patience, and the importance of faith during difficult times. He’s here to help you navigate your challenges.
Chris is committed to using his God-given gifts to help others. His training and experience have equipped him to provide the support you need to overcome your struggles and find peace and fulfillment in your life.
On a personal note, Chris is a devoted husband and proud father of two. His family is his source of strength and a daily reminder of the importance of compassion, understanding, and patience.
